How Territories Work
A Mainspring territory is a defined geographic area, usually a county or a cluster of counties with a combined population base that can support one full operation. You own it exclusively. We don’t sell another franchise that overlaps your service area, and we don’t open company stores inside your boundary. The map is yours to work.
Territories are reserved in sequence. First qualified applicant with a deposit gets the first right of refusal for that market. We don’t hold territories indefinitely, and we don’t play markets against each other to drive up price. A square deal means we tell you what’s available, we tell you what it costs, and we put the terms in writing before you spend a dime on due diligence.
We look for owners who plan to run the business, not hire it out. Someone who’ll answer the phone at midnight when a spring breaks, who knows the names of their techs’ kids, who sponsors the Little League team because they’ll be there to see the games.
